A: Yes. Customers may wire funds to the Telecom House account to make payments to settle their accounts.

Q: What is the billing period for customers?
A: Customers are billed on a monthly basis starting on the first of each month and ending on the last day of that month

Q: What credit cards do you accept?
A: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover

Q: When are credit cards charged the monthly bill?
A: Credit cards are charged within the first week of each month for the previous month's usage.

Q: How do I wire you money?
A: You may wire funds to Telecom House's account in the US directly. For more additional .information Contact Us.

Q: Do I have to return the signed invoice every month?
A: Yes. It is optional if you are paying automatically by credit card.

Q: Can credit be extended to Telecom House customers?
A: No. We can only extend credit to customers by some form of guarantee of payment (deposit, credit card, letter of credit).

Q: How long does it take to activate a new customer's service?
A: Once we have received the completed application, and it has been approved (legibility, credit/ payment approval), customers can expect service to begin within 24-48 hours. This process can take a few days.

Q: Can customers choose their own DID's? A: No. For your own protection, and to expedite the set up process, Telecom House assigns your DID for you.

Q: Do you offer calling cards and 800 numbers?
A: Yes. Telecom House offers this service for US originating calls.

Q: How many different languages can you handle in customer service?
A: Telecom House Customer Service Liaisons speak four different languages: English, French, Tagalog, and Persian.

Q: Can I use speed dials even with mobile service?
A: Yes.

Q: What is operator assistance?
A: Operator services are used when callers in certain countries are unable to dial due to their local telecom company's interference. Under these circumstances, our operators assist customers in dialing their destination number.
